Aarti is the Co-founder and CEO of Modak. She has been instrumental in initially bootstrapping Modak, building Modak through the years, and now establishing Modak as a Global leader in Data Engineering and Cloud technologies.
She has close to 20 years of experience in the IT services industry and has worked across geographies in multi-cultural teams. She has extensively worked on technology projects involving Data Analytics, Big Data, Data warehousing, Cloud Migration, etc. At Modak she is involved in putting teams, processes, and technology together to deliver petabyte-scale data engineering projects for clients. Under her leadership, Modak has grown ten folds.
She is on the Board of Governors, of an autonomous college in Hyderabad. She is also a board member of an NGO in Hyderabad. She has been a speaker and panel member at many events and summits. She is passionate about subjects ranging from Technology, Women in Tech, Entrepreneurship, Product development, Strategy, etc. and has been a regular speaker at workshops and conferences. She is an alumnus of ISB 10K women and holds B.E in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune University.
Milind Chitgupakar is the Co-founder and Chief Analytics Officer of Modak. Modak is a specialist data analytics company enabling Fortune 100 companies in their digital transformation journey. For more than 23 years, Milind has provided thought leadership and delivery excellence on several enterprise client engagements that involved business strategy, analytics, and modern data platforms on extremely large data volumes.
He is a highly accomplished executive and a world-recognized expert in designing, developing, and operationalizing some of the largest data platforms in the world. He has distinguished accomplishments in leading numerous global Fortune 100 companies in their data-driven business transformation journeys. Milind has six approved patents in Data Management and Analytics.
David Paget-Brown joins us as the ‘Senior Vice President- Head of Operations, North America’, having spent over 27 years as a Consultant assisting clients in solving their data-related problems. He has built enterprise data warehouses on-premises as well as on different clouds (IBM Cloud, Google, and AWS).He has led global teams leveraging diverse ETL technologies, including Ab Initio, DataStage, and Informatica, as well as Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Cognos. He spent over 25 years with IBM, working predominantly in financial services and leading the delivery of large global programs. He has repeatedly led programs that have scaled up initiatives from small teams to large-scale enterprise efforts. He has managed the design and implementation of functions solving data ingestion, data transformation, data curation, and data distribution challenges at the petabyte scale.
As Head of Innovation, Daniel strategizes, formulates, and transforms general ideas into innovative solutions for Modak’s clients. Daniel leads the implementation of Modak products that accelerate the data-driven transformation initiatives for our clients. Daniel engages with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our products and incorporate feedback. Earlier, Daniel was a technical leader at IBM’s Business Analytics Optimization practice and led various initiatives as a thought leader for the upcoming Big Data ecosystem. Daniel’s passion for innovation started at an early age and he has contributed immensely to the open-source community including code, articles, and talks in several major universities.
