Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for envisioning, developing, and executing the brand’s overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate proactive and adept in brand building. With creative insights on content and needs to be analytics and metrics-driven.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the overall marketing and content strategy for the organization, including (not limited to) clutter breaking and engaging social media campaigns, website content, working closely with partners in marketing joint initiatives, community building initiatives, display advertising campaigns etc.
  • Working closely with the CEO and CAO in the vision towards the development of the presence of the brand and run campaigns using social media especially LinkedIn
  • Enhance brand awareness as well as driving website traffic and acquiring customers/ lead generation
  • Generate online behavioral insights and turn them into action plans to improve customer engagement.
  • Implement SEO and social media strategies to drive traffic to the brand website
  • Monitor and measure key metrics; Provide concise, timely & accurate reporting, including brand tracks and ad performance reports as needed
  • Compute ROI of digital campaigns and draw recommendations to optimize paid media campaign results to ensure lowest cost of acquisition.

Required Experience

  • 8-12 years of experience in marketing and rich with digital marketing experience (should understand the entire gamut of digital marketing activities)
  • B2B marketing experience is a must and strong preference would be given to candidate who has worked in ITES and Software Product Marketing
  • MBA/PG in marketing from a reputed institute is preferred
  • Strong analytical bent of mind; experience in leading and managing social media, influencer and display advertising campaigns, content marketing and SEO
  • Exposure to website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)
  • Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
